What is Full Spectrum?
We are a multidisciplinary group of psychotherapists dedicated to providing compassionate, inclusive therapy that supports individuals and families through various challenges and life transitions. As creative arts therapists, we incorporate both verbal and non-verbal modalities in remote and in-person sessions, empowering clients on their journeys of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. We work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including identity exploration, mood disorders, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, autism, ADHD, chronic health conditions, and academic or creative blocks.
We offer individual, relationship, family and group therapies to clients of all ages, collaborating to strengthen healthy dynamics, overcome obstacles, and promote lasting change in their lives. We see clients across NY and NJ, with in-person offices conveniently located in midtown Manhattan, steps away from subway and PATH trains.

Our Team
Our therapists all have creative arts therapy backgrounds and integrate art-making, drama, movement, music, writing and other creative modalities into traditional talk therapy. We have dedicated staff to address concerns related to transition related milestones and medical decision making, obsessive compulsive disorder, complex trauma and relational concerns.

Will my insurance cover my therapy?
Many insurance plans provide full or partial coverage for our services. All of our clinicians are in-network with Cigna/Evernorth. If you have a Wellfleet (or another) plan that uses the Cigna/Evernorth network, we should be in-network for you. If you are covered by an insurance plan other than Cigna/Evernorth, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out-of-network mental health benefits.

What is creative arts therapy? Do you also do talk therapy?
Creative arts therapy uses the arts to address mental, emotional, developmental, and behavioral issues. Therapists are trained in both psychotherapy and creative arts methods, employing strength-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches. No prior arts experience is needed to benefit. Full Spectrum offers both creative arts and traditional talk therapy.

What are the fees for therapy?
Out-of-network 45-minute individual sessions cost $200-$300, with prorated rates for longer sessions and lower rates for group therapy. In-network sessions may be fully covered or require a copay, which we cannot adjust. Full Spectrum offers sliding scale fees for those without out-of-network benefits or insurance. Contact us for more details on fees and accessibility.
